OUR CLASSES
We offer a wide range of classes throughout the week for all ages, including RAD Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Street Dance and Acro Dance.
Within our school we offer exams and shows for your child's development and enjoyment. At Alderley Edge Academy of Dance your child will always get professional training whilst having great fun.
Ages 3+. All levels are welcome.

Sophia Parton, Principal
​
Sophia trained in dance and musical theatre at Performers College in Essex. Since leaving, Sophia has had a successful career performing professionally in a wide variety of productions including UK & World tours, music videos, TV shows for the BBC, cruised the world on the Queen Mary 2, and most recently was invited to dance for the Queen at her jubilee celebrations. She has successfully choreographed professional shows in the UK and abroad. Sophia now wants to bring her experience and passion for the industry to her teaching. She is proud to now be Principal of a wonderful school and aims to give her students the very best training and mentoring to help them achieve their goals.
Sue Morris RAD RTS

Former Principal of Sue Morris School of Dance for 21 years, Sue is excited for the future of Alderley Edge Academy of Dance.
Sue teaches Ballet at the school, her great knowledge of Ballet and passion for teaching is shown in the success of the students.
Sue Trained at the Ann Macdonald College of Dancing, Sydney and the Northern Ballet School. Sue is a qualified Royal Academy of Dance teacher.

What a fabulous dance school! The teachers have the most incredible technical knowledge across all styles of dance bringing out the absolute best in every child with their encouragement and enthusiasm.. The dance training is fantastic with regular opportunities for students to perform.
The students take part in workshops with west-end performers as part of the dance school’s Easter and Summer Dance Camps which is just the most fantastic experience.
Emily has loved every minute of being part of this dance school since she started age 3 and has made friends for life. Her love of dance is down to her teacher, Sophia’s endless inspiration and passion for dance and performing.
